When I first meet with couples I often find that they don't know what flowers are in season at the time their wedding is happening. So after looking through magazines and books they fall in love with certain looks, they may or may not be available. So they come to me not necessarily knowing what is in season for their particular event day.
They also don't know that a lot of those flowers can be purchased some place in the world and they are going to pay premium dollar for a Peony in August, for example, if it is even available. So I think in this global market everything is available but they don't realize what the cost can be for something that they want out of season.
