Exceptional hot and high performance, this sweet little V-tail airplane has been owned and flown by the same owner for the last 12 years and has just 5150 hours total time since new. The engine has only 1040 hours since major overhaul, and just 170 hours have elapsed since a fresh propeller, turbo and top overhaul. The annual inspection was completed in December 2010. The panel features King IFR avionics, including a KX-170B Nav/Comm, an MX-170B Nav/Comm, a KLN-94 color GPS and a KT-76 TXPD.
