THEY JUST USE A CHEMICAL TO STRIP THE WAX OFF!!! Mr. Sandless did a great job as we have old, difficult floors. I like that they don't do any sanding as they just use a chemical to strip the wax off. It started out with one guy and he had to have two more come and help him because the wax was so hard to remove. The floors dried in an hour and it only took him one day to finish the job. I had to wait three hours before I could put my furniture back but the floor looks great and the crew was very polite. Alison W. Delaware County, Pa.
