I think you should start with sort of a backbone or skeleton of the timeline where you put in what time the ceremony starts and what time cocktail hour starts and what time the actual wedding reception ends. And then you really sort of fill in the blanks at that point. As far as when all the vendors are arriving, I like to put all their contact information as well on that timeline so that everybody has the same thing.
And then, you know obviously, feeling things like the first dances and the song for the first dance. And really sort out the time of courses and how the food is going to flow and how the whole event is going to flow.
