Shelley had originally pre paid for a modular home out of state & was ripped off. Shelley & her husband had already taken the modular home plans to the city for permit & poured the foundation. After receiving information that the company had gone out of business, they now needed a Design/Drafting Company who could come in & Design a home that could be retro fit to the existing concrete stem wall. It took a bit of work, but we completed their plans in about 4 weeks & they are in plan check for permit issuance.
