Anu Tali and her twin sister Kadri founded the Nordic Symphony Orchestra in 1997, with the aim of strengthening cultural contacts between Estonia and Finland. This year, with Tallinn in Estonia (and Turku in Finland) both European Capitals of Culture, the orchestra is enjoying a boost.
