For the purpose of this video, we'll presume that you're currently in your ZenCart.
First select Send Email from the Tools list at the top of your ZenCart screen. Once you have selected Send Email, you will input the information for the email you wish to send. First select the customer to email, then input a Subject for the email and after type the body of the message. Once you have completed inputting the information, select Preview below. A display will view the email you wish to send and the customer(s), if everything is correct, select Send Mail. The email has been sent.
