Ingredients: - 4-5 big Fresh tomatoes, chopped to preferred chunkiness - About 1/10th of an onion chopped finely - 3-4 finely chopped jalepenos (spicy level -6-8) - Handful of finely chopped cilantro - 6 cloves of fresh garlic, finely chopped - salt, pepper, and cumin to taste - juice of lime/lemon will help keep it fresh and gives it a nice tangy taste - A handful parsley and green onions - 1/2 c. little chiles Instructions: Put all in the food processor and pulse just a couple times until desired chunkiness.
