To add or edit an auto responder on an cPanel hosting account follow these directions:

1) Click Add Autoresponder to create a new autoresponder. Or, choose a current email autoresponder and then click Edit.

2) Opt for a character set.

3) Specify the interval, in hours, for the autoresponder to attend between responses to your same email address contact info.

4) Define the e-mail address whose mail you would like it to reply to.

5) Inside From and Subject fields, type the username and subject you would like to appear in the response.

6) In case the message includes HTML tags, click the HTML checkbox.

7) In the Body field, type the written text of your response.

8) Click Create/Modify to keep the modern auto responder.
