The king ordered Archimedes to investigate the case of the goldsmith who uses non-pure gold material to make his crown. Archimedes has taught about this case for days, but has no idea of the investigation result. One day when he is immersed in a bathtub, he sees water spill out. He discovers the relationship between volume and weight, and solves the case. This is just Archimedes’ principle. The principle even derives the relationship between the weight of displaced fluid and buoyancy. Finally, Archimedes was killed by a Roman soldier who sails a ship to offend him. This film belongs to one of the YAOX’s 4D science history film series.
