Max effort day. We start with rack pin lockouts, then go to heavy dumbbell presses. Dumbbell roll backs for triceps, cable rows and finish with deloads heavy seated shoulder presses. We follow the Westside method by Louie Simmons. The new goshen Sports complex and Straub's fitness in goshen NY. Personal training or group training is available.
