A year after its devastating earthquake, Haiti is still lagging at rebuilding. Non-profit groups and local construction companies alike are labouring to get projects off the ground, but work is slow-going in a country without a functioning government or even the most basic infrastructure, and cursed by a cholera epidemic which continues to worsen.
