Chyna debuted in 1995, joining WWE in 1997 as Triple H's bodyguard. She is the first woman in history to win the Intercontinental title, which she held three times. She also held the Women's title, vacating the title when she left WWE in 2001. She had a few appearances for New Japan before retiring from wrestling in 2004. She briefly came out of retirement for TNA in 2011.
Kurt Angle, the 1996 Olympic gold medalist in freestyle wrestling, debuted in WWE in 1999. During his time there, he would hold the Intercontinental, European, United States and Hardcore titles and hold the WWE Tag Team titles with Chris Benoit. He would also hold six world championships for WWE. He left WWE for TNA in 2006. He has won five world titles for TNA, as well as their X Division title and their tag title with Sting. He also has had success in Japan, winning the Inoki Genome Federation's short-lived version of the IWGP title. TNA recognise him as a 14-time world champion.
