In step three I lay the Fuller Appearance Finish with the Filmop flat finish pad and handle. There is no mop bucket or container used. I will pour the finish directly on the floor and spread. At the end, I simply put the pad and applicator in a trash can liner. The only cleanup is to wash both out.
