A French fashion designer is targeted by the Mysterons, but Captain Scarlet and Blue are puzzled on why he is targeted by the Mysterons? The answer is that the French fashion designer is a top spy for the French Intelligence who has been trailing Captain Black who has been working in Europe. So Captain Blue, Scarlet, Symphony and Destiny angel are assigned to become Andre Andam’s bodyguard without breaking his cover.
Elsewhere, the Mysterons reconstruct two female models who died in train accident (or wasn’t it an accident?) to carry out their threat.
