Friendly!! Bruce Kozak was friendly and personable, graciously answered my many questions, and took phone calls any day, any time, taking extra care to help me in any way wherever possible. His first stop to the house for window measurements was professional and good-natured. He made a second trip out for signing the papers the day after a heavy snowfall when I was not able to come into town.
