Presenter in radio METOUNG (means ADVICE in MAKa'a), NOXY is known in Abong-Mbang as the genuwine apostle of Hip-hop Affair because of its anxiety to push it up! The guy is self reliant, working as an electrotechnician, and as a matter of fact he promotes many events even those wich no relationship with Hip-hop.
