Troy and Phones are called in action to recover a sunken case containing radioactive materials when it's cargo ship hits a set of rocks in the ocean. When they located the radioactive case, they discover prehistoric underwater race (dressed as cavemen) who take possession of the case, thinking that it is treasure.
Troy and Phone have to recover the isotope case and prevent cavemen from opening it and getting radiation poisoning.
