Aleen Bailey (born November 25, 1980 in Saint Mary) is a track and field sprint specialist competing internationally for Jamaica. She competed in the 2004 Summer Olympics and won the gold medal as a member of the 4 x 100 meter relay team. Bailey trains in Columbia, South Carolina under Curtis Frye and is the sister of the reggae star Capleton.
