‘Berto attempt to get public recognition when he and his optic equipments get approved to fly on the next space cruiser flight. While on board to check on his equipment, the space cruiser gets hijacked by Sarah Wolf, who turns out to be Dragonelle in disguise.
She plans to destroy a football/soccer stadium full of people to see USA win the World Cup (yeah, right) with destructive laser beam unless N-Tek release Dread from prison. Max and Kat head to space to stop Dragonelle.
