Pictures from the 23rd Annual Labor Day Weekend Boat Ride, hosted by the Rho Beta Beta (Houston, TX) Chapter of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. The event takes place annually, on the Sunday of the Labor Day Weekend. The party begins on the Colonel, a three level paddle-wheel boat, with three levels of entertainment.
