UNDP Regional Centre in Colombo: Serving Asia and the Pacifi

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is helping Asia Pacific countries to find their own solutions to development problems. This promotional film was produced by TVE Asia Pacific in early 2006 for to introduce the UNDP Regional Centre in Colombo (UNDP-RCC). The RCC was a regional facility supporting 25 UNDP Country Offices covering a total of 37 countries in Asia and the Pacific. Its thematic priorities are reducing poverty and confronting HIV/AIDS. Both reflect Asia Pacific’s development realities.
