Police are increasingly seen as unaccountable & above the law. This is undermining public confidence in the Criminal Justice System, Her Majesties Inspectorate of Constabulary, Independent Police Complaints Commission, Home Office, Director of Public Prosecution, Ministry of Justice, the Judiciary & the entire British legal system.
