ICMSE is an International platform for Microfinance and SME Development and promoting Social Businesses for fighting poverty and improving living condition of the low income population. ICMSE has launched in 2006 by Dr. Mostaq Ahmmed, who is an expert in microfinance and Social business, having long working experiences with ASA, FINCA International and Planet Finance and provided technical support and training to hundreds of microfinance institutions and banks in 32 countries. He is a visiting professor of HEC at the Masters Program of Sustainable Development.
