A high-rise with rotundas will be erected in Kharkiv.

Kharkiv town planning department has approved two projects of multistoried buildings: in Sukhumska Street and in Karbisheva Lane. The development company Zhilstroy-2 was the one that submitted the projects for consideration. The head of the company’s supervisory board Yuri Krolenko pointed out that the architects of the town planning department had paid much attention to the projects. They highly appreciated the decision of the company’s designers to fit their projects into the city architecture. Our expert states the Karbisheva Lane project hasn’t been changed significantly. The Sukhumska Street project, however, is very different from the initial one. According to Yuri Krolenko, the town planning department suggested that the company decorate the building’s roof with two rotundas.
