Storyline: Storyline: Keisuke, Haruto, Kosaku, and Aya are childhood friends who grew up together. Keisuke and Haruto are identical twins. The difference between them was that Keisuke has a brain tumor. Aya has always have feelings for Keisuke, but he only saw her as his friends. Haruto has feelings for Aya. As Keisuke's best friend, Aizawa decided to become a doctor to help Keisuke. He met Shiraishi as they were trainee. They started to date. Keisuke got worse so he was hospitalized. Shiraishi and Aizawa were the doctors for Keisuke. Keisuke then fall for Shiraishi. He doesn't know that Shiraishi is Aizawa's girlfriend. How will each of them tell one another their feelings by not hurting others?
