Right Click on the Skill Edit Pot, then exchange your second char, put the skill edit on the exchange and accept, use the skill edits ( not all, if u have 5 use only 4 ), after reskilled the skill/mastery, accept the exchange on the two chars and teleport to other town ( two chars )
