Some companies develop unfinished construction resuscitation projects
The crisis resulted in the growth of unfinished construction projects. According to the specialists’ evaluations, the number of deserted construction sites in Kharkov is almost equal to the one of the 1990th. Experts state that the building trade isn’t able to revive deserted projects on its own. But it may be possible if the governmental support is provided – for example, if government implements a special program of the construction works resumption at the deserted sites. At the same time, larger companies don’t sit on their hands expecting state support but develop their own ways of reanimating unfinished projects.
