The economy class apartments were the ones in demand at the new-built real estate market of Kharkiv in April. It was the conclusion the experts of Avantazh Corporation came to. According to their data, all the apartments in three economy class buildings put into operation by different development companies were sold out in April. And the supply of the new-built apartments hasn’t increased. So, April’s tendency proves the corporation’s winter forecasts concerning the shortening of the new-built housing supply to be true. In addition, price formation is still in process at the new housing market, state Avantazh Corporation’s experts. They assure there is no such a big gap between the price and the real cost of the apartment, as it used to be a year ago.
