Bolivia rallies eco-wariors at alternative climate conference

Bolivia's left-wing President Evo Morales is rallying like-minded souls from across the globe to a "people's conference" on climate change that opens on Tuesday. Thousands of delegates are expected, including anti-globalization activist Naomi Klein of Canada and NASA scientist James Hansen. Morales and Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez were among the harshest critics of the the UN's climate change conference in Copenhagen last December, arguing that developing countries were largely ignored in the debate.
