Let the mouse cursor keep on moving automatically on a windows computer. The Mouse cursor moving will keep your computer active even with remote desktop. As the mouse will keep on moving untill stopped, the screensaver or any other power saving configurations might not work as well, as they will think that you are manually moving the mouse cursor.
