I got this house for free because the government provided a first home buyers grant that was enough to use as 20% deposit and cover all the closing costs, plus there was a little left over to tidy the place up a bit. All i have is mortgage repayments to start paying each week. The is the second peace of real estate i have bought on my 10 year goals to own one million dollars in real estate. This property was advertised in the paper i made an offer... two hours later in was accepted. In coming videos it will show the renovation i had done to the place.
