Sri Lanka is surrounded by a vast ocean. But we don't catch enough fish to feed our people. To make matters worse, marine fish stocks are falling worldwide. Why don't we grow more fish inland? What more needs to be done to improve fish stocks and the lives of fishermen? Can fisheries be sustainable?
