Student Question: In the Bible, when they talk about Adam and Eve, is that symbolically Sat Yuga?
Although the story of Adam and Eve and the Garden of Eden is symbolically Sat Yuga, or the golden age of the past, the version that we have is incomplete. The story that we have was altered to serve the political agenda of the time, and leaves out many aspects of the original version, including the primacy of Eve and the explanation of the matriarchies.
