01:46Let me ask you, there's a couple more games I want to get to, but I'm curious.

02:21Or they're waiting for the limits to go up and not really play their hand
02:24because they have a strong opinion in a certain spot
02:26and they don't want to disrupt the market and things like that.
02:29So there's different cat and mouse games.
02:32But right now when I'm looking at some of these,
02:34I think it's just they don't know what to do with them.
