00:00If putting's costing you shots, then chances are your setup's not quite right.
00:04I'm going to help you lock and rock and roll on those putting greens.
00:08So here's a great tip.
00:10Eyes over the ball.
00:12Use the line on the ball to line yourself up every single time and the line on the back
00:16of your putter.
00:17Eyes over.
00:18We're going to lock ourselves in for a little bit more of a secure putting stroke.
00:24Golfers who don't connect to the body and are really all over the place with their arms
00:28tend to miss by steering the putter off.
00:31So we're going to lock and then we're going to rock.
00:33So lock the upper arms into your rib cage.
00:37Gently press the hands together.
00:38We don't want any tension with this and put that in there.
00:44So now we're locked.
00:45Now we can rock.
00:47Tick tock.
00:49And what you'll find is it's super steady.
00:52There's no wobbling around and you will hole more putts.
00:55But what it will also do is give you so much confidence over those short ones where sometimes
01:00the knees knock together.
01:02There's a bit of pressure.
01:03I'll help you eradicate that with this one drill.
01:06So lock and rock.
01:07Lock.
