00:14homes were built in 2025 to 2026, and Cardiff delivered the most with 709 units, about 18%
00:22of the total. Pembrokeshire led the delivery rate with 52.7 units per 10,000 households,
00:30and Bridge End fell to the lowest at 8.3. Bridge End Council says its local development plan will
00:36deliver over 1,700 affordable homes by 2033, and it is confident of meeting the target.
