00:00I think I got elected after getting the race just six months ago.
00:02I think I got elected because Kansans were saying we're tired of the bullies.
00:06We're tired of the chaos.
00:12We're the pain of our neighbors.
00:14There are a lot of Kansans saying let's love our neighbors because we love ourselves.
00:17See, Kansans are decent people.
00:18They're good people.
00:19They're pragmatic.
00:20They care about each other.
00:21That's who we are in Kansans.
00:23For the underdogs in this race, we went up against nearly 40 years of doubt and disillusion.
00:30We went up against more than $300 million, more than any Senate campaign in American history.
00:37This win is for every Texan who's ever wondered if anyone is listening.
00:44I heard you.
00:46We heard you.
00:48And tonight, the world hears you.
00:52I couldn't accept that working people could give everything they had and still have so little to say over their
00:58own lives.
01:00So when the companies kept pushing us around, we organized, we stood together, and we tried to make them listen.
01:07And tonight, tonight, you've given me the chance to take that fight to the United States Senate.
01:18And this is one they, I think they thought they were going to get us on, but I will fight
01:23to abolish ICE and...
01:34Because, you know, we can't build an immigration system that enforces our laws without abandoning our humanity.
01:45Masked agents terrorizing our neighbors and ripping families apart should never be accepted in the United States of America.
01:54They told me it was impossible to win my Western Iowa district as a Democrat when we proved them wrong
02:01then.
02:03And they told me it was impossible to win this Senate race.
02:08But tonight, Iowa, we have once again proved that the impossible is possible.
02:15So now, Iowa, let us be the city on a hill.
02:19The Iowa that we grew up in, that was the envy of the nation.
02:22Where a mom and a dad don't have to work two to three jobs just to keep food on the
02:29table and gas in the tank.
02:31Where our farmers can afford to keep working the land their grandfathers did.
02:36And where every Iowa child has access to world-class education.
02:41Where we fix our broken health care system so where you live doesn't determine if you live.
02:47Where our young people want to and can afford to stay in Iowa, have a family, buy a house, and
02:55start a life.
02:56Iowa, this is where our comeback begins.
03:03Georgia, this win is for all of us.
03:11Thank you, Georgia.
03:13I am honored to be your 84th governor.
03:21And no matter who you voted for tonight, I will be a governor for all of Georgia.
03:31My name is Abdurrahman Mohamed Sayyid.
03:42And I am so proud and honored to stand here as your senator-elect from the great state of Michigan.
03:52They might have been pointing to my name and my faith, but we all know that my name and my
03:56faith aren't the reason you can't afford your gas.
03:59Not the reason you can't afford your groceries.
04:02Not the reason you can't see a doctor.
04:04They try to call you hateful if you believe that Palestinian kids should get to grow up in the land
04:11of their forefathers without being murdered by our tax dollars.
04:18If you believe in equal rights to peace, dignity, and self-determination, that's not hate, it's love.
04:26Michiganders, we want our taxes spent here.
04:29For schools here, and health care here, and infrastructure here.
04:33We don't want our money sent to do apartheid or genocide or war.
