00:00Le Normand's jersey collection must be insane.
00:02Because of the number of opponents who played against the Norman and had to ask him for his jersey,
00:06because the guy throws around a lot of fancy tricks, I think.
00:09Atletico Madrid lost 2-0 to Bayern Munich, obviously, they are one of the best teams
00:13from across Europe.
00:14It's a tough match for us because we're playing against a very, very high level of competition.
00:17This is where we see the difference between a great Europe and a very great Europe.
00:20And we don't even have the excuse of a weakened starting eleven, because admittedly, we had Yulman who was suspended,
00:24We had a few injuries, Diego Simon also rotated the squad for the match against FC Barcelona this weekend
00:29-end in the championship.
00:30But on the other side, there were also absentees; Luis Diaz was injured.
00:32Saibari was also absent, and there were other players who weren't there either.
00:35there,
00:36We don't even know if Michael Olyseo was at 100%.
00:38We had some interesting phases here and there, but ultimately, Bayern dominated this match.
00:42We shouldn't say the opposite, and we lose 2-0, but we also have to take into account that it
00:45there was a certain clumsiness
00:46However, on Bayern's side, they could have made the scoreline more severe.
00:49So after halftime, we're holding on at 0-0, but we still had a bit of luck.
00:52At the 23rd minute, Lennart Karl kills a pigeon, even though he really had every opportunity to
00:57to place his strike where he was flying.
00:59After a superb handover from Arekane and especially a superb race from Opamecano who had a very great match.
01:03Four minutes later, it's the Ballon d'Or winner who misses his shot; again, it doesn't go in.
01:06far.
01:07So we did have a few chances, there was Alvarez's opportunity early in the match,
01:10where he could have done better for me, either put it in Baïna, or at least framed it properly.
01:14There's this Sorlotte opportunity, but well, it's nothing new.
01:17We know he's not agile enough to contort himself and retrieve a head that's reaching the level of
01:20his torso.
01:21In the second half, Bayern imposed their will, Kimmich unleashed a missile, but Oblak managed to save it.
01:25And we arrive at that famous phase of the game where, well, the Norman, I don't know how,
01:29from an action that does not exist, that has no danger, manages to give a pass to
01:34Lennart Karl.
01:34It's mind-blowing.
01:35Because here, we're not even talking about just one mistake, like, "Come on, you miss your test, it happens to..."
01:40every professional footballer.
01:41Right there, it's really, I don't know, his brain just shuts down.
01:45Lennart Karl is clever; he's taking advantage of it because he must have studied that too.
01:49I think Bayern knew that their defensive weakness was right there.
01:52And while after the hour mark we were only down 1-0, and even if we
01:55struggled to truly establish itself,
01:57Well, we're still in the game.
01:58There's this opportunity, that's it.
02:00We're not putting it in even though everything is perfect.
02:02Alvarez's pass is really a treat for Uriente.
02:04It's practically a carbon copy; just remember Marcos Llorente's goal at Handfield this year.
02:08in the Champions League.
02:08L'Uriente, he handles it perfectly too, but he can't seem to generate the power to strike.
02:13And then, we had a stroke of luck.
02:15Upa Mekano's attack is deflected by Poubile, then Oblak manages to save it, to put it under
02:19the bar.
02:19Two minutes later, there is no pain.
02:21Conrad Leimer, he shoots into the right corner.
02:24There was no one who couldn't do anything.
02:25Finally, when I said that there was no one who could do anything, it was really at the moment
02:27where Leimer was striking.
02:28Because if you look at it, there is still a defensive problem.
02:31First, we have Grimaldo being drawn in by Olizé in the center.
02:35Well, it's nothing new, we know that Grimaldo and defense don't mix.
02:38Collectively, not everyone is making the effort to come back as well.
02:40There you go, Harry Kane plays a great ball to Conrad Leimer, and I'm tempted to say, end of the match.
02:44For real.
02:45So, not everything is bought, obviously.
02:47However, we have 4 points in 4 games, so we mainly played the more difficult games.
02:50But we absolutely must recover the points for the other Champions League matches, otherwise, that
02:54It's likely to get hot.
02:55And next match, against FC Barcelona!
