00:21I mean, I certainly think that men behaving the way we're behaving on this show
00:27would be sort of considered just the way powerful men get to behave,
00:34whereas we sort of have to answer questions about, you know,
00:40the beauty of the clothing, you know, the superficiality of the environment,
00:45all of that stuff that I just feel like, you know,
00:49some of the things that my character says in particular,
00:51some vicious, awful, rotten things, you know, we talk a lot about that,
00:55and I think if a man were saying it, it would just be considered a real boss
01:00who was just, you know, throwing out some terrible things for people to just deal with,
01:06you know, and somehow when women speak that way, it becomes a conversation.
01:12So, in terms of what it means for women everywhere, you know, I don't...
01:18You are a successful woman on and off screen.
01:24Do women still pay a higher price than men for success?
01:30Oh, yes, I think so.
01:33I absolutely think so.
01:35You know, women are the only ones who get asked,
01:38can you really have it all?
01:40No one asks a man that question.

01:42No one says to a man, can you have it all?
01:44They just assume that they can and they're expected to and, you know.
01:49What can we expect from the second season and what topics will it explore?
01:57Oh, loyalty, power dynamics, sex, passion.
02:13There's a little bit more of a romance sprinkled throughout this season
02:18in a way that I don't think was really present season one,
02:22which is interesting because that was usually left to the stories of the guest stars
02:26who were on the show and the characters that we were set to defend or help.
02:32So it sort of bled more into the interpersonal stories of the characters,
02:37which has been really nice.
