NYSE owner ICE Hyperliquid deal brings regulated perpetual futures to US traders. Intercontinental Exchange, the parent company of the New York Stock Exchange, has agreed with Trade[XYZ] to build a regulated US market for Hyperliquid-based perpetual futures, subject to regulatory approval. The venue would trade around the clock across crypto, stocks, indices, commodities and currencies, and Hyperliquid's token jumped about 15 percent on the announcement. Nothing launches until regulators sign off.
