00:00Hey everyone, welcome back to another video.
00:01Today I'm here with yet another Top 10 Minecraft Mods, this time for 26.3.
00:06As usual, if you're interested in any of these mods, links will be found in the description.
00:10So, let's go ahead and check them out.
00:12Alright, so the first mod I have for you all today is Spatial GUI.
00:15And this is a mod that's gonna completely change how your GUI is rendered.
00:19When you open something like your inventory, it no longer will it sit in a fixed position.
00:23Instead, it is going to float out in front of your character with your character visible as well.
00:28And this is one of the two modes available, the other one makes it so menus will deploy in front
00:32of you in first person.
00:33Next up, we have a simple mod called Last World Panorama.
00:37And what this mod is gonna do for you is make it so when you log out of a world,
00:41where you were last is going to be the background on your main menu.
00:44And this is a completely automated process, you don't have to do anything yourself, it just works.
00:49And there's a little bit of customization here, for example, if there's a background you really like, you can lock
00:54it.
00:54So when you go and play again, it's not gonna replace upon quitting.
00:57And this mod works just about anywhere, so really, regardless of where you log off, that's what you're gonna see.
01:02Clutter No More is up next.
01:04This is a very helpful mod that'll make it so you essentially never have to make stairs, slabs, or anything
01:09like that again,
01:10because they are all now one block that you can switch between.
01:14So you can turn a stack of planks into stairs, slabs, and the mod also provides vertical slabs and steps,
01:20which are essentially just a quarter of a block.
01:22And this mod knows when blocks should be together.
01:24So if you have a stack of, say, oak planks and break an oak stair, it will automatically get merged
01:29into that stack.
01:30And even within your own inventory, you can merge them seamlessly as if they were the same block.
01:34There is the slight downside that this mod makes stairs and slabs a little more expensive technically,
01:39but I mean, come on, it's just so convenient.
01:41Moving on, we have Enderscape.
01:43This mod is a complete overhaul of the end dimension.
01:45It kind of feels adjacent to the Nether update, in that it adds tons of new awesome ambience, new unique
01:50biomes, and creatures.
01:52And it feels like it could be part of the base game.
01:54Like, if we ever get another end update, I'd imagine it's at least something like this.
01:58This mod has tons of content.
01:59For this video, I'm mainly showing you the video and audio aspect of that.
02:03The atmosphere that this mod has built really just speaks for itself.
02:06For our next mod, we have Ortho Camera.
02:08And this mod allows you to completely change the view you're going to play your game, as it will now
02:13be orthographic.
02:14Which essentially makes us so distant objects appear to be the same size as what's closer by.
02:18This gives you a very interesting perspective of the game, and it's quite customizable as well.
02:23You can lock and unlock the camera, zoom in and out, move up and down, stuff like that.
02:26I can't imagine this is a mod you would want to play, like, survival mode in or something.
02:30It'd be pretty difficult, but it's cool to switch to on occasion, and again, gives you a view that you've
02:34probably never really seen before.
02:35After that, we've got a mod called Spooky Doors.
02:38And this is a mod that is meant to make Minecraft a little scarier, I suppose, by allowing you to
02:43slowly open doors and hear them kind of creak open.
02:45And honestly, scary factor aside, this is just a cool mod.
02:48I like it more than, you know, the door being an animation.
02:50You have to actually swing it open yourself.
02:52This could be seen as a little inconvenient at times, but I like it.
02:56It feels quite tactile.
02:57Next, we're going to be taking a look at a mod that improves at Voxy.
03:00And this mod is called Living Horizon.
03:02What it does is allows you to actually see creatures that are far outside of your render distance.
03:06By default, the creatures are rendered as flat, which you usually won't notice unless you really zoom in on them.
03:12But if this is something that'll bother you, you can disable this and make them look normal, though this will
03:16have a performance impact.
03:18Also, as you may have noticed, Living Horizon adds flocks of birds to the sky.
03:22A pretty awesome detail.
03:23It makes distant terrain feel much more alive.
03:25Now, the next mod we'll be taking a look at is Zombified Player.
03:29And what this mod is going to do is make it so, when you die, rather than spilling your loot
03:33everywhere, your body will be replaced with a zombie.
03:35And this zombie can be configured to contain all your loot.
03:38So, you're going to have to battle it in order to get your stuff back.
03:41So, this is kind of a variant of a gravestone mod, only with just a little bit of added difficulty.
03:45Approaching the end, we have a mod called Landmines.
03:48And this mod adds a bunch of variants of literal landmines to the game.
03:51And there's quite a few effects provided by these.
03:54You've got landmines that, you know, just blow you up as you'd expect.
03:56But then there's others that, say, make you levitate, or shoot arrows at you.
04:00Some of these landmines need to be stocked and reloaded, whereas others just kind of work inherently.
04:04And finally, the last mod I will be showing you all today is Icy's Better Horses.
04:09This mod is a substantial overhaul of horses in the game.
04:12For starters, they've got all new animations.
04:13You can equip a bunch of new equipment on them.
04:15You can even hook up a cart.
04:17You can control the speed your horse travels, which has multiple settings.
04:20And the horse will continually move at that speed on its own until you slow it down.
04:23The mod introduces a bunch of different horse breeds, along with genetics.
04:27And each horse breed even has their own abilities.
04:29The longer you ride a horse, the more you'll grow your bond with it, increasing its stats.
04:33And if you've tamed multiple horses, you can open up a menu and summon one specifically.
04:38So, as you can tell, the mod is quite content-rich.
04:40And that's still not everything by a long shot.
04:42So, you should absolutely check this mod out for yourself.
