My Cheap Solar Water Heater

Here are the basics:
It heats an 80 gallon (310 liter) tank to 135 F (55C) on sunny days.
It has a $30 electric backup heater in it for cloudy days.
It's passive - no moving parts
It uses PVC instead of copper.
It cost around $300.
