00:29lot of the modern fighters uh is they'll win a big fight and they won't want to fight again after
00:37right all right if they get the championship like it used to be whatever you're the champion good
00:42for you so what you got to fight three times a year no it doesn't matter like you you don't

00:47like go away for two years because you're the champ like you at the ufc mma became boxing right that
00:54used to be the beef with boxing that the champions never fight they fight every year or two and they
01:00handpick who they want to fight and they avoid the top contenders that's basically what we've gotten
01:05to in a ufc kind of uh right now but volk's not that guy so he's looking for a big

01:14right now as he's not getting any younger he's seeing a light at the end of the tunnel he doesn't
01:19want to do this forever he wants to walk out on top he's 38 years old he's not ready to

01:25yet but he wants like a big time fight fight right and no disrespect to you know to diego lopez's

01:40talked about gaethje's a badass and one of the toughest dudes ever and all that but i don't think
01:44yeah i don't think he wants to fight the pori again right i think that gaethje knows i got the
01:50pori on a bad day and i'm not gonna beat him like this time right like that's how i feel
