Sydney's face strikes the right balance between square and round — a rare breed — but the same principles apply to her ideal cut. Harry cut off a significant amount in the front, but only trimmed the strands in the back. To finish, he enhanced Sydney's natural texture with a curling iron, and she was good to go.

00:06So Sydney, I don't know if you've ever thought about the shape of your face, but when you look in
00:09the mirror right now, what do you think of your face shape as being?
00:12Probably a square.
00:13Good, that's what I was thinking too. I'm thinking with your face shape, just cutting a few layers underneath your
00:18chin is getting a cut that's really going to enhance it, allow you to do your air styling, but really
00:22bring out the best of what your hair can offer.
00:24That'd be awesome.
00:25Alright, let's do it.
00:39There you have it. That is your new length. Now is the scary part. We're going to cut a lot
00:43off the front to really change the shape of your face.
00:54Alright, well that looks great. What do you think?
00:56I love it.
00:57And just making these few adjustments around your face has really changed everything and brought it out beautifully, I think.
01:01It's great. It doesn't look like someone just chopped off the bottom.
01:04When you've got a face shape that's beautiful like yours and you want to bring out the best, it's all
01:08about soft, soft angles everywhere. And I think it looks great.
01:12Thanks.
