01:24From four turnovers to the defense getting gassed for over 250 yards on the ground,
01:29head coach Dave Canales said that performance was so out of character that he believes it will not happen again.
01:35But he knows that the Packers were watching.
01:38So Canales knows that they will attack his run defense and let Jordan Love throw it deep.
01:44He says he is giving his players more solutions and needs them to trust the plan tonight.
01:49Bryce Young said the last time he was here it was grimy, not pretty at all, but they found a
01:54way to get that win.
01:55Now against the Packers' ball hawking defense, we'll see how far a short memory can get them, Al.

10:00And the thing you've got to be careful of as a receiver is start thinking and overthinking
10:04too much when you have seven drops on the year like Golden does.

11:25And since being benched, he's played much better.
11:28The record is still, I think, growing and getting better.
11:31I think the pieces around him have all still improved up front in receiver and running back,
11:36but plays a tremendous poise, very cerebral quarterback throughout his entire career.

11:50You know, it's so interesting when you go back to Carolina having that first draft pick,
11:55and the question was, would it be Young or would it be Stroud?
11:58And for the first two years, people are going, we picked the wrong guy.

12:03And now, you know, I think it's a combination of Dave Canales, the psychology of Dave Canales
12:07working with Bryce Young, building his confidence back up, having T-Mac and Jalen Coker and Tommy
12:15Tremble, better offensive line, Shuba Hubbard.
12:17It just got better, and then he got reps and experience in the system.
12:21So now I think you're starting to see him play the way he's capable of playing.
12:25On the second and six, Hubbard looking for room to roam.

12:35I'd say a guy to keep an eye on, especially with Micah Parsons still down, is another Penn

17:23John Williams last week in Detroit.
17:25They went down to their third center in one game.
17:28I mean, he didn't take a lot of reps.
17:30In fact, Jordan Love said, I don't know if I've ever taken a snap from him during the season.
17:33And he goes in Detroit in that atmosphere against that defensive line and holds his own.
17:38This guy's never played center in the NFL.
17:39He's a left tackle in college at the University of Cincinnati and has really done a good job.
17:44But I think it has a lot to do with why they can't run the ball.
17:47Second and nine.
17:49Still can't run the ball this time.
17:51Jacobs.
17:52I mean, Williams was so good last week and it happened so early.
17:55I mean, he played almost 60 snaps in Detroit.
17:58He could win that job permanently.
18:00Yeah, he really could.
18:01That could become his new home.
18:02But this offensive line, most in the NFL, they played 10 different offensive linemen.
18:08You haven't had Jacobs for most of the year.
18:10So I think it's really impacted why they have been off to such a historic slow start in their run
18:15game.

19:10but mixing up the looks with different formations
19:12and different personnel groupings,
19:14creating a lot of confusion for this Carolina defense
19:17that are trying to create some confusion.

33:44Green Bay's backs have barely eclipsed 400 rushing yards so far.
33:48That's the fewest in franchise history through seven games.
33:52Marshawn Lloyd leads the team with 142 yards.
33:55To put that into perspective, 11 times this season an NFL back has topped that in a single game.
34:00The good news is you guys have talked about the return of Josh Jacobs,
34:04who Matt LaFleur says will help make their run game look the way it should.
34:07Well, right now he's carried four times for eight yards.

34:39and then eventually set up play action with Jordan Love with two vertical threats downfield in Golden and Watson.

43:52But for the most part, they want to make you have to drive the ball and test you to
43:56be patient against their defense without making a mistake.
44:01And that's why we haven't seen a lot of throws downfield by really either quarterback.
44:19Love throws long more than any quarterback in the league.
44:22And you have Wheatley and Will Lee.
44:26Lee is down and Lee holding his hamstring.
