1. Line and smudge out top and bottom lash line. 2. Smudge out top lash line into a cat eye shape. 3. Apply shadow all over the lid to the crease, blend into the crease. 4. Apply shadow to the bottom lid and smoke out. 5. Apply shadow on brow bone and inner corner. 6. Apply brow gel. 7. Apply blush. 8. Apply mascara to top and bottom lashes. 9. Apply lipstick.
