1. Apply foundation to full face 2. Conceal under eye with NARS concealer (Liz's Pro Tip: blend concealer with finger so it melts into the skin instead of sitting on top) 3. Apply concealer to high points of the face 4. Apply contour shade from hairline to end of cheek under the cheek bone in a sweeping feathery motion 5. Sculpt nose and forehead with a smaller brush using same contour shade 6. Set contour with powder to intensify the look 7. Apply mascara to top and bottom lashes 8. Apply highlighter to cheek bones and highpoints of face 9. Apply blush from apples to temples in soft sweeping motion 10. Apply hydrating neutral lip color to finish the look for an angelic flirty feel. Top with lip balm if necessary.
