00:04with celebrity makeup artist Kira Nasrat. Hi! So me and Kira have known each other
00:08for many years and I have to say the last year or two you've been blowing up,
00:14killing the celebrity makeup artist game. Thank you. You have been. Every time I go to
00:17Kira's Instagram it's a new celebrity. Jamie Chong and Bebe Rexha, Jessica Alba,
00:23you are killing the game. Aw, thank you. You are. Just trying to stay busy. So Kira took
00:29some time out from her schedule to come in and test over a hundred drugstore
00:34brow products to narrow down to the five best. The drugstore products in terms of
00:39you know beauty, the brow game is pretty strong. I look for products that are going
00:45to have a color payoff and also products that you know are just easy to use.
00:50Which one is the first brow product pick? The first product is the NYX Sculpt &
00:56Highlight. What really drew me to this one in particular is that it just glides
01:01right on. Yeah. And it really does have a nice color you know payoff. Yeah. I think
01:07this is really a great one for someone who has a little bit more of like a bolder
01:11brow. Okay. And they just want to fill in some areas and even someone who's maybe
01:16growing their brows out like myself. Yeah. As you guys probably tell I don't know.
01:21There is a highlighter at the end. I love that. Yeah. I love it too. And you can actually
01:26like cheat with this kind of a highlighter into maybe covering a little bit of the
01:31hairs that are growing out or whatnot. Ooh. Or even just to kind of make the brows look a
01:35little bit more bolder to give that contrast. I'm going to demonstrate on the
01:39gorgeous Amber. So I'm actually just going to keep the shape that she has already and I
01:44can tell that she's growing her brows out just like I am. Okay. Now we have this highlighter on the
01:50end.
01:50We're just going to put a little bit of this underneath. Ooh. Ooh they do look great.
01:57They do look good right? They look so good. All right Kira take us to number two.
02:02Okay. So number two in our pick is actually not a pencil or anything of that
02:09sort. It's actually a brow gel. It's very very crucial and plays a big part in the
02:15brow game so strong. So what is nice about this is you can with a
02:20smaller areas you can really kind of go in and concentrate on like certain hairs
02:26that are more sparse. Yeah. While the thicker ends you can just kind of brush
02:30through and what's nice is this texture or the product itself, the gel, it's not
02:36like sticky. Which I love. If it's sticky it's not going in like it.
02:41My eyebrows like many people's eyebrows probably just go like that. They just kind
02:46of like go straight down. Yeah. And I want them like brushed up. Yeah. So I swear by a brow
02:51gel.
02:52Good. And this one's a really good one. I mean if you're going to run to the drugstore and you're
02:56going to need a brow gel that one's a good one.
02:58Take us to number three. Okay. So the third is the NYX three-dimensional brow product.
03:05Nick's first time in this franchise's history we get one brand with two shout outs.
03:11So what I love about this it's like a marker. It has precision but it stays on so long. I
03:19tried this earlier and I was scrubbing my hands backstage to come off.
03:24So this is great for those who really don't have brows but want to create you know like very very
03:31fine hair.
03:32Yeah. It comes in many different shades. I chose the darker one just because I want to show you guys
03:38and I just want to be dramatic right now.
03:40Yeah. Totally. So I mean look how gorgeous. It's a good one. I mean I put this on ten seconds
03:45ago and like look.
03:46Yeah. It dries real fast. Cool. I mean for those who want brows during yoga session or working out this
03:53could be really good.
03:55Great. And again it comes in different shades so you know if you want to go lighter on this go
04:00for it.
04:00But if you have really full brows and you're deeper you know skin tone maybe the darker one is your
04:06best bet.
04:07Very cool. I love it. We're going on now to number four.
04:11Almay. Almay. I know. Almay just they just do it for me. Yeah. That's great. You know.
04:17I've always to be completely honest I've always sort of overlooked Almay because it's been in the drugstore for so
04:22long.
04:22And it's the only brand that's been in every single one of these videos. Like the artist just comes in
04:28and just picks it.

04:32People will say it's sponsored but it's not. It's just they just have good products.
04:36There's nothing worse than getting a brow pencil that has a brush on the end that like hurts your brows
04:41when you're applying it.
04:42So this is stiff enough but soft enough for where it's not going to irritate your brows.
04:46All right. I really want to see this Almay win in action. So do you want to do it yourself?
04:51Yeah. I'll do it all myself. So I'm going to brush it up and out because I'm letting them grow
04:57out and I got to make them look not so bushy.
05:01I'm going to just fill in the areas that need to be filled in and just gently creating little brow
05:08hairs.
05:09So I'm going to stay away from filling in closer to the inner brow.
05:16Okay. So last but not least is the brow pencil from L'Oreal.
05:24And this one is just a brow style designer pencil.
05:28What I love about this is you really really can go in and draw super fine hairs with this.
05:35Love it.
05:35And it rolls on really beautifully. So it's not going to pull onto your skin.
05:41And this isn't the blonde shade. It's much lighter. And I actually use blonde sometimes on myself.

05:47Yeah.
05:48I feel like I've always been just been in the habit of going darker with my brow like a very
05:52dark brown color.
05:54But I'm sort of curious to see what the blonde would look like.
