00:00It is about diversity and inclusivity but it's not like that was our marketing
00:06plan or scheme. It literally is just my passion. It literally is something that
00:12it doesn't make sense to me to exclude my friend and I have friends of all
00:16shades from really pale to really dark and if I'm in a meeting and it doesn't
00:20work on me, my friend, my colleague or my partner then I don't feel good about it.
00:27I feel like everybody should have a little piece of this brand that's why I
00:31made it. I didn't only make it for myself I made it for everybody to have a piece
00:35of it so I wanted to include as many people as possible and we'll only
00:39continue to expand on on those 40 shades.
00:50She's definitely a great role model for young girls especially girls of color to
00:56look up to and see all that she's doing.
00:58Well I just wanted things that I love. I just wanted things that I love and then I
01:02also wanted things that girls could fall in love with of all skin tones and I keep
01:09saying that because that was really important for me. In every product I was
01:13like there needs to be something for a dark skin girl, there needs to be something for a really
01:16pale girl, there needs to be someone in between. There's so many different shades. There's red
01:20undertones, there's green undertones, there's blue undertones, there's pink undertones, there's
01:25yellow and you just you just never know so you want people to appreciate the product
01:30and not feel like oh that's cute but it only looks good on her.
01:34She's, you know, she's an innovator. That's what I said earlier. She just, she does not stop
01:42finding great stuff to do. I'm really proud of her. I just think she's wonderful.
